The range of styles available is extensive, with options for raglan, set-in sleeves, or drop shoulder armholes, as well as various necklines and sleeve choices, including sleeveless options. Additionally, the app offers waist shaping for close-fitting garments.

With standard clothing sizes for women, men, babies, and children, users can easily adjust the patterns to achieve a customized fit. The garment measurements, such as length, neck width and depth, and sleeve length, are all fully adjustable as well. They can create and save an unlimited number of patterns, all easily accessible from a list within the app. These patterns can be printed using an AirPrint compatible printer or saved as a PDF, which can then be opened in any compatible app on the user's device.
